Creative Films is the "seller", customers are the "buyer".

Warranty

The seller makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied except that the goods supplied are of merchantable quality. Seller's liability shall be limited to replacement of goods which are not seller's standard quality and such replacement shall be buyer's exclusive remedy.

The buyer assumes all risk and liability for results obtained by the use of the goods covered hereby whether used singly or in combination with other products. In no event shall the seller be liable for consequential damages

Testing

The seller recommends all products should be tested prior to full production.

Deliveries

The seller will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay in performance or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, war, government action accident labour trouble or shortage, inability to obtain material, equipment or transportation and if delays from such causes shall occur, our delivery time shall be correspondingly extended.

Delivery of Goods Purchased

Hereunder in good order to the carrier at shipping point shall constitute delivery to the buyer, and the seller shall not be responsible for the loss and damage in transit.

Credit

In the event of the buyer failing to pay within the agreed period, payment will be taken from credit cards as appropriate.

Claims

No claim of any kind whether as to goods delivered or for non-delivery of goods shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the goods in respect to which claim is made, and failure of the buyer to give notice of claim within 14 days after receipt of the goods shall constitute a waiver by the buyer of all claims with respect to such goods. No goods shall be returned or given credit without our authorisation.
